Dear valued customers,

To ensure a smooth flowing of our arrangement, kindly inform us your date of request for our products to be prepared for you. You can do so by :

We do advise our customers to check our availability or to book a request date a week before the occasion depending on the quantity or design. Booking is considered firm once we received your deposit payment.

Once we have concluded our deal, please arrange for your 50% deposit payment immediately. We accept both payment to either our :

CIMB (SECONDARY) : a/c No. 12510005889051 (COMBINE EFFORT TRADE & SERVICES).

We advise that our customer to only transfer to either these two accounts using the following method :

Method 1 : via online (Maybank2u, CIMBClicks)
Method 2 : Cash Deposit Machine (Maybank CDM/CIMB CDM)
Method 3 : Manual bank counter transfer (Maybank / CIMB)
Method 4 : Interbank transfer is acceptable but not advisable as it will take few days for the payment to be credited into our account. This may cause unnecessary delay in payment verification and shipment.

Once the payment is done, your acknowledgement is appreciated to avoid any unnecessary issue via email or sms.

For your own good, postponement for the date of request to be informed at least 3 days before the date subject to our availability. Cancellation is not adviseable since deposit payment is non refundable.We do prefer our customers to arrange the collection of their order either at :
a. Taman Ehsan, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
b. Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya
Any delivery will be charged according to destination and to be borne by customer. Free delivery is entitled for Klang Valley with a minimum purchase of RM400.00
